We are in the final stretch of the construction of a detached house of 256,30 m2 in Rubí, where we are currently doing auctions, working in painting tasks and outdoors.
This L-shaped house is composed of a basement, ground and first floor. In each of them we find:
- Basement: garage with space for three cars, a gym with a bathroom and a dressing room.
- Ground floor: ktichen, dining room, twoo double bedrooms and one single, a bathroom, a toilet and laundry room. It has an exit to the garde with a swimming pool.
- First floor: principal bedroom with a bathroom, dressing room and solarium.
There is less left to finish the projecte, and we can gradually see the finishes of the interior and exterior of the house.
The architect of the projecte is Joseph Pahisa Duarte and Josep Maria Estivill Rodríguez and is being led by Pere Farin as head of construction.
