We present the spectacular final result of a single-family house with a swimming pool in Rubí.
This apartment of 256,30 m2 is formed by a basement, underground and first floor. In each one we found:
- Basement: garage, storage room and a gym with a locker room and bathroom.
- Underground floor: kitchen, living room, a single bedroom and two doubles, a bathroom, a toilet and exit to the garden with a swimming pool.
- First floor: bedroom suite with a bathroom, dressing room and terrace.
The project has been designed by Josep Pahisa Duarte of taller d’arquitectura and it has been led by Pere Farin as head of work.
The clients of the house have chosen the combination of white and light shades of brown, with the black color of aluminium. They have also opted for stone finishes, creating a style between natural and rustic in some corners. In addition, the house stands out for the brightness provided by the interior garden and the large windows.
