We have carried out a comprehensive refurbishment in an attic of Santa Perpètua, where the upper floor has been created with a terrace with swimming pool.
The works have included demolition, structure, pallet, roof, pavement, carpentry, painting, installations, interiors and exteriors.
On the upper floor of the penthouse, we have created a studio-living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with a pool.
The interior design project is from the studio 08130 Estudi de Disseny and has been led by David Ayala as head of work.
We really like how it looks, and we find both interior and exterior designs very original.
