We have finished the construction of the development Rambla Montserrat of Cerdanyola del Vallès.
The building formed by 9 apartments is located on Rambla de Montserrat street, 5-7, a very central area of the town and surrounded by services and shops, public transport and restaurants.
The apartments are distributed in ground floor and 4 floors and each of them is formed by:

In addition, the building has a garden area with a communal swimming pool, a perfect space where customers can enjoy the good weather and cool off.
The finishes of the apartments have been chosen by the owners, making each flat unique.
The construction of the development began in June 2022 and has been completed in August 2023.
The project has been designed by the architect Ferran Besa of ARQ71 i associats SLP studio and has been directed by Carlos Lara as head of construction and María Jiménez as head of production.
