We have started with the refurbishment for the Col·legi Oficial de Treball Social of Catalunya.
The objective of this project is the refurbishment of a premises that had been given a commercial use, for the new headquarters of the Col·legi Oficial de Treball Social of Catalunya, located in the Eixample district of Barcelona.
We are currently working on the plasterboard, the facilities, the metal structure and elevator and the screed of the pavement.
The refurbishment we will carry out will be in the basement and ground floor of the building. In each of them we can find:
Ground floor:
- Offices
- Work area for school staff
- Meeting rooms
- Bathroom
Semi-basement:
- Collegiate sphere
- Personal sphere
- Bathrooms
We are looking forward to the final result of this refurbishment, which we are sure will be very good!
