We finished the construction of a building of 9 apartments in Sabadell, very close to La Rambla.
This building consists of a basement, ground floor, three floors and an under cover floor.
The apartments consists of:
- Kitchen
- Living room
- 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms
- 1 and 2 bathrooms
- Laundry room
- Patios, balconies or terraces
In addition, in the basement of the building there are 9 parking spaces and 10 storage rooms.
We highlight the great luminosity of the apartments, which provide a greater sense of spaciousness in all corners of the flats.
The project is by the studio of architects Gorina i Farres Arquitectes SLP and has been directed by Jesús Barragán as head of work.
