We present the final report of the development Manuel de Falla of Barberà del Vallès.
A building with its own personality, where the white color of the facade has been combined with the dark color of the railings and the carpentry.
We highlight the garden area with a communal pool on the roof of the building, where you can enjoy the good weather outdoors.
The grandstands provide a great luminosity to the apartments, making them look more spacious and welcoming.
A development of 23 apartments with high quality finishes, equipped kitchens, aerotermo installation for the generation of domestic hot water and air conditioning with heat pump refrigerant.
The project has been designed by the architect Ferran Besa of the ARQ 71 studio and has been directed by Laura Chacon as head of construction.
