We are working on the construction of a building with 16 cooperative apartment units in use. We are currently in the structure phase.
The objective of this project is to build apartmentsin the form of co-housing with community spaces. These dwellings will be organized in a cooperative under a regime of use and are located in the neighborhood of Sarrià Sant Gervasi, near the Ronda de Dalt in its southern part.
These apartments are distributed on the ground floor and three floors. There are two types of housing. First, the large ones are about 64 m2 useful; and second, the small ones are 40 m2 useful. They have:
- Large flats: kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and patio or balcony.
- Small flats: kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The project has been designed by the Celobert Cooperative and is being directed by Miguel Benítez as project manager.
