We want to present the evolution of the development Les Cabanyes, from its demolition to the delivery of housing.
With these images we can see, from a bird’s eye view, the before and the after of the construction of 22 townhouses with a swimming pool in Les Cabanyes. Provide an overview from the same perspective, where we see the land that was demolished, the vacant lot and finally, the promotion. It is also possible to observe a wide and complete view of the environment, allowing to visualize the whole space.
The 22 townhouses are arranged in a semi-circle and have a garden area with communal pool, which is accessed from the private terraces of the houses. Each house is distributed in the basement, ground and first floor and consists of: kitchen-dining room-living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, 1 balcony, laundry room and garage.
The project was designed by architect Octavi Sánchez Inglada.
