We have started a new project: the construction of 2 single-family houses with a swimming pool in Valldoreix. We are currently working on the ground movement.
The first house is distributed mainly on the first floor; where we find the living-dining room, the kitchen, three bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace linked to the day area. On the second floor are located the kitchen-dining-living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a multipurpose space.
The other house consists of a basement, ground floor and second floor. In the basement there is parking for two cars and a small storage room. On this level, there is an outdoor kitchen space. On the first floor there is a living-dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one of them suite with bathroom and dressing room, another bathroom, a laundry space and a pantry. Outside there is a terrace linked to the day area. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
