We are progressing with the construction of a building of 16 cooperative housing units in the Sarrià Sant Gervasi neighbourhood, near the Ronda de Dalt in its southern part. We are currently working on the load-bearing walls, waterproofing, underground drainage and perimeter fillings of the building.
This project aims to build housing in co-housing format with communal spaces. These dwellings will be organised in a cooperative under a regime of use.
The dwellings are distributed over ground floor and three upper floors. There are two typologies: firstly, the large ones, which are about 64 m2 useful; and secondly, the small ones, which are 40 m2 useful. They have:
- Large flats: kitchen, living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and patio or balcony.
- Small flats: kitchen-living-dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The project has been designed by the Celobert Cooperative and is being managed by Miguel Benítez as site manager.
