We present the final result of the construction of a multi-family building located on the Road to Barcelona of Cerdanyola del Vallès.
This building consists of a commercial space and 18 apartments distributed in two staircases. The building facing the Barcelona Road consists of a ground floor and 4 floors and the one facing Barberà street has a ground floor and 2 floors.
The flats, with 3 and 4 bedrooms, have a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a terrace. In addition, the building has a communal swimming pool on the roof and parking spaces and storage rooms in the basement.
This project stands out for the variety in finishes of the apartments, with designs that combine wood and white tones in some kitchens, while in others dark colors predominate.
The marketing of housing is managed by the developer Newland.
