We are working on the construction project of 2 single-family detached houses with swimming pool in Valldoreix. We are currently working on the structure, specifically on the roof of the ground floor.
The first house is distributed in a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor we find the living-dining room, the kitchen, three bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom, a laundry room and a utility room. Outside there is a terrace and a garden with a swimming pool. On the first floor there is another kitchen-dining-living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a multipurpose room.
The other house is distributed in basement, ground floor and first floor. In the basement there is parking for two cars, a small storage room and a utility room. On this same floor there is an outdoor kitchen area. On the ground floor we find the living-dining room, the kitchen, two bedrooms, one of them en-suite with a complete bathroom and dressing room, another complete bathroom, a laundry room and a pantry. Outside there is a porch area and a garden with a swimming pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
