Construction of a multi-family building in Elcano street in Sabadell. We are currently working on the foundations and earthworks.
This project consists of 51 flats distributed over the ground floor and three upper floors. The flats have a kitchen, living-dining room; 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms; 1 or 2 bathrooms; balcony, terrace or patio. In addition, there are also parking spaces and storage rooms located in the basement.
The architect who has carried out the project is Bernat Riera Robusté and is being led by Alfonso Lago as construction manager.
The marketing of the apartments is being carried out by R5R Grup Immobiliari.
