We have finished the construction of a detached house with a swimming pool in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
On the ground floor of this large home we find the day area, with an open-plan space that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen, and access through the large windows to the garden and swimming pool. There is also the master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, as well as a guest toilet.
The first floor is used for the night area, work and games: there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, a games area, a study and a terrace overlooking the garden.
