Maheco joins once again, for the second consecutive year, the Cerdanyola Talent Factory program, thereby strengthening its commitment to fostering entrepreneurial talent among the young people of the municipality.
A few weeks ago, the program’s opening gala was held, where the selected teams from each educational center participating in this edition were announced. Prior to this, the various schools had presented their proposals, which were evaluated by a jury responsible for selecting the winning projects that will take part in the initiative.
In this new edition, we participate as mentors for a group of students from the Institut Pere Calders, guiding them in the development of their business ideas and in acquiring key skills in the business field.Through this collaboration, we actively help bring the business world closer to the classroom, offering students a practical and hands-on perspective on how to turn an idea into a viable project. Mentor support allows young people to work on fundamental aspects such as drafting a business plan, analyzing opportunities, and developing entrepreneurial skills.
At Maheco, we emphasize the importance of initiatives like Talent Factory to inspire vocations, boost creativity, and prepare new generations for the challenges of the professional future.
With this participation, we reaffirm our commitment to the educational community of Cerdanyola del Vallès and to promoting a strong, innovative, and forward-looking entrepreneurial culture among young people.
