It has been a long time since we last started any development of our own and this why we are so excited to present this project, which is also in our city, Cerdanyola del Vallès. In association with AiD Palmes, we are going to build 8 attached houses with communal garden and swimming pool in Carrer Torrent de les Flors at the corner of Passeig d'Horta. The houses will have a 228m2, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage for 2 cars and private garden. As a special feature, the future owners are able to choose finishes. The project is scheduled to begin in late 2016 and finish by late 2017, but for anyone interested, it is already possible to make an appointment and get information.
