We have completed the full renovation of a home located on the Seafront Promenade in Sitges, a truly privileged location. The project was carried out in an apartment with a built area of 89.14 m², complemented by a 16.83 m² terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The main objective of the renovation was to completely modernise the home, adapting it to today's standards of comfort, functionality and energy efficiency while preserving the architectural character of the existing building.
The apartment features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living and dining area with an office-style kitchen, and a terrace that enhances the connection between the interior spaces and the outdoors.
The renovation involved a complete reconfiguration of the interior layout without affecting the building's structure. The new design prioritises spaciousness, functionality and natural light, creating an open living area where the kitchen, dining room and lounge flow together into a single space with direct access to the terrace.
Thanks to this new layout, the sea views become the focal point of the home, creating a seamless visual connection between the interior and the Mediterranean landscape.
The project embraces clean lines and a carefully selected palette of materials. Timber flooring brings warmth and continuity throughout the home, while the kitchen combines white lacquered cabinetry with marble-effect countertops and wall finishes.
The terrace has been designed as a natural extension of the living area. The new outdoor flooring strengthens the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces, allowing the surrounding landscape to become the true protagonist of the home.
