The Balmes development, located at 22 Balmes Street in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, continues to make steady progress and is now entering the final stage of its construction.
This residential project consists of 35 newly built homes, ideally located in the heart of the town, with excellent access to local shops and services, as well as public transport, including the R2, R3 and R8 train lines, and major road connections such as the AP-7 and C-59.

At this stage, construction work is focused on the final finishes, as the building begins to take on its completed appearance.
