The Edifici Elcano development, located on El Cano Street in Sabadell, is nearing completion, with the final works underway. Maheco is involved in the project as the construction company, responsible for carrying out the building works.
The building comprises 51 homes with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. All homes are exterior-facing and designed to make the most of natural light. The development also includes ground-floor apartments and homes with private patios, as well as parking spaces and storage rooms.
At this stage, work is focused on completing the final details of the homes, including the installation of doors and parquet flooring, painting, kitchen furniture installation, building services and railings.The development is now in the final stage of construction, with work focused on the finishing touches.
