The Town Hall of Granollers awarded Maheco the refurbishment of the shed G3 of the industrial enclosure Roca Umbert, which will be used as working space for artists. The tasks that are being done are the refurbishment of the interior of the 155m2-shed, making a structural reinforcement, and the creation of new spaces. The budget of this project is 254,153.23€ and it will last 4 months (from March 29th to July 29th 2016). Antonio Prados as Manager and Tomás Moya as Foreman are the leaders of the team that is working in this refurbishment. The design of the project is the city architect Marta Garcia Cebrian. You can see some pictures of the current state of the site. It looks quite underground, just like El Born in Barcelona, don’t you think?
