Our work does not completely shine until the home or shop to reform has been dressed with furniture and clothing. Today we present one of those cases in which a home shines a lot. This is a very spacious apartment (355m2) on the street Pau Casals in Barcelona, which has undergone an integral reform with a change of distribution adapted to the customer needs. The house has 6 bedrooms, each of them with a bathroom, and a toilet. It has a spacious living room with open kitchen and views of Turo Park. In addition it also has service area with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Every room faces outside (except bathrooms), with plenty of natural light. Throughout the project, the distribution was modified with dry partitioning system and the substitution of sanitation facilities, power supply, telecommunications and water supply was performed. It was equipped with a new installation of underfloor heating and air conditioning with VRV system. All of it is controlled by an automation system. The interior woodwork was also modified with oak furniture incorporating furniture of the same finish and exterior carpentry Cortizo was replaced, increasing the thermal insulation. The high-quality interior and exterior coatings combine perfectly. The coating is porcelain with natural wood flooring. Finally a thorough job of home staging was performed. This project was led by Cristina Albalate as manager and Antonio Herzog as foreman. The design is by the architects Alejandro Park and Josep Oriol Garcia Gil.
