It is a change of use of a building of five floors and of 1200m2 of approximate surface on the number 45 of Via Laietana. This building used to contain 10 offices which are becoming 15 apartments maintaining the structure and the facade but changing all the interior distribution. The project started last June and is expected to last 10 months. It is led by Antonio Peña as foreman and Alberto Camenforte as supervisor. The project has been designed by Victoriano Guarner, from the studio VIGUM-PROJECT S.L.P. In the pictures some details of the building can be seen.
