We finished an urbanization project in Cerdanyola

The project has consisted of the reform of the perimeter wall in the community area of a community of residents on Carrer Ginesta in Cerdanyola del Vallès. An existing simple twist perimeter fence that was overpowered by the weight of the vegetation has been felled. A foundation has been made for a split-block (rough-faced facing the wall) wall of total height of 1m, reinforced and completely filled with concrete. On this wall has been placed a rigid mesh fence with folds with posts anchored to the wall 1.2 m high and has been finished with the placement of an extra heather to conceal the view into the enclosure. The wall has a total perimeter of 115 linear meters plus a section of wall (16 linear meters) inside the enclosure of lower height (80 cm) and a fence of 1.50 m height to separate the grass area from the games area. The pavement that has been placed measures about 170 m2. The project started on December 19, has been completed in a month and a half and has been led by Eduardo César as manager and Abdelkader Doudour as foreman. The design is by Míriam Bello González and Marta González González, from the emeARQ-arquitectura i disseny studio. The images show the final result of the reformed community area.
