We present the outcome of an integral rehabilitation of a 37-m2 apartment located on C/ Olivera, 45 if Barcelona, in which we have changed the installations, pavements, tiling, aluminium carpentry, wooden carpentry, furniture and painting. This reform has been executed in 3 months and has been possible thanks to José Antonio Hernández (manager) and Toni Peña (foreman) along with the entire team. The project is by the arquitect Victor Ferrer and the interior design is by the arquitect Laia Freixes, who have prioritized flexible distribution. The flat has a double bedroom and a sliding door in the middle of the living room that allows to divide the space and have another single bedroom pulling a folding bed from inside the closet. We are very proud of the outcome of this project.
