The Casa Costa is a beautiful single-family house, built in the English style at the beginning of the year 1,900, which is located on Carrer de La Creu in Sant Just Desvern. It is owned by the City Council of Sant Just Desvern and in the urban planning it is intended to host facilities. This city council has awarded a concession to the Bristol Training Center to reform and adapt it to use it as a school. The work consists of the demolition of all internal divisions, structural reinforcement and foundation, construction of a new staircase, replacement of exterior carpentry, construction of new interior divisions, vertical lining and pavements; as well as execution of sanitation, water, air conditioning, fire, electricity and telecommunications installations. The school will have on the ground floor a reception, adapted bathroom and 3 classrooms and on the first floor, an office, a bathroom, 3 more classrooms and a terrace, totalling 224m2. The reform began on December 18th, 2017 and is led by Alex Martín as supervisor and José Ceballos as foreman. The project has been designed by the arquitect Marc Viader Oliva.
