We have finished the construction of the single-family house on Calle Sol de Castellbisbal that we presented in this article. This house has three floors, a total built area of 308.38 m2 and is very close to the center of the town, but in a very quiet area. In the basement there is a garage, a storage room and a systems room. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room and there are also the kitchen, a multipurpose room and a bathroom. From this floor there is access to a garden that surrounds the entire house. On the first floor, there is an impressive master bedroom, with its own dressing room and bathroom, two single bedrooms, a study, a bathroom and a distribution space with direct access to a covered terrace. The project has been designed by the architects Pedro Sánchez Torres and Fermín Aparicio Alcantud, from the Punt Arquitectes studio, and it has been led by Álex Martín as project manager, Jennifer Martín as production manager and Guillermo López as foreman.
